I'm Mark, founder of Project Bridge. I am a Christian, a father, a Pastor, a business owner, and a leadership coach. I believe that world-changing leaders can come from brokenness. I’m looking for driven, coachable people who want to work hard to discover a vision for their lives. You can lead change. Now is the time.
Who? What? When? Why?
Who can be coached?
Anyone who is humble, coachable, and desperate to change their lives, their family, or their business can join. I don’t care what neighborhood you’re from, what country you’re from, or what language you speak. If it’s time to make a change, let’s go. I want to give you the skillset necessary to make you successful.
What is the difference?
I want you to discover the power of your full potential. Nobody can get to their dreams without the right knowledge, experience, and coaching. I personally believe that no one can reach their full potential without faith in God. I am passionate about helping people become spiritually vigilant, mentally focused, emotionally healthy, financially free, and physically fit. The difference will be in the strategic coaching and the biblical principles that you will learn that have been proven to bring success for thousands of years
When would we meet?
We will check in weekly over the phone for 30 minutes and meet for 1-2 hours per month in person. This schedule will continue until you have reached your goals and have built your bridge from “brokenness to success.” After this, you will be able to continue having a monthly check-in for continued coaching and strategic planning.
Why try?
Honestly, I am tired of people NOT believing that their life matters. I’m sick of seeing people with major potential and huge dreams sell themselves short for a high, a drink, meaningless sex, a deal, or the guilt, shame, and brokenness that comes from father/mother wounds. I’m sick of people from other cultures believing that they are less important or capable because they’re Latino, Asian, or from wherever. Hear my heart. EVERYONE needs a bridge to success. Everyone can leverage their life and influence to change their world. Sadly, most people won’t and the story of their parents and their grandparents will be theirs. If you’ve ever said, “I’m from the wrong neighborhood,“ or ”that could never happen for me,” or “it must be nice to be rich,” or “God could never forgive me,” or any other lie, you’ve just agreed to settle for LESS than God can do in you. You don’t have to sell drugs. You don’t have to steal. You don’t have to lie. You don’t have to cheat. You don’t have to fake. You don’t have to stay where you are.You don’t have to be empty inside. You don’t have to be broke. It’s time for a change. It‘s time for construction to start. Your life matters.
